  • Cancellations & Refunds

    We charge a 10% cancellation fee on all trips cancelled less than 48 hours prior to time of service.


    Additionally, refunds for trips cancelled within 24 hours of the time of service are exclusively at the discretion of On-The-Go Transportation.

    In addition to the standard training and qualifications for commercial passenger drivers, our driver training includes:


    • CPR & First Aid in accordance with American Heart Association (AHA) guidelines.
    • Passenger Assistance Safety and Sensitivity (PASS) driver training in accordance with Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) guidelines.
    • Sexual Harassment Awareness.
    • Emergency protocols and fire extinguisher orientation.
    • Defensive Driving.
